"Highly Recommend"

My air conditioner was blowing hot air and not cooling. I sought out recommendations on my Next door Neighbor app and Mr. Don was one of the recommendations on my post. I reached out to several companies and Mr. Don with Aircheck was the first to get back to me in a timely manner to service my home. He made sure to update me along the way after his diagnosis and was able to get my system back up and cooling in a timely manner. I am pleased with the work and would highly recommend him and his company again.

Called Mr. Donald at 5 pm today and he was able to come out in 30 minutes. I live in a mobile home and was worried he wasn’t going to be able to help us since we’ve previously had other guys come look at it with no luck. He got to my home in a timely manner and was very kind professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my ac and even gave us tips on maintenance for our unit. We gave Mr. Donald a call today to come to check our AC which was not cooling. He came out, checked it out, and found out exactly what was wrong with it! We were so happy. My heater went out during the freeze of the last few days. I called and had a repairman over immediately. The serviceman was extremely professional and demonstrated proper COVID protocol. He was prompt and knowledgeable. My heat was restored promptly and I was given assurance that all warranties would be honored. I highly recommend this company

Donald was excellent at the job. I'm a plumber and one thing I know is to have great customer service, good communication, and to take your time with the job to get it done right the first time. Donald did all of that and gave me some good recommendations to further protect my unit from breaking down at an early age.
